What Is This Treatment?
A chemical peel is a clinical skin resurfacing procedure. By applying a customized acidic solution (such as Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic, or TCA acid) to the skin, we safely dissolve the bonds of dead cells, causing the dry outer layer to exfoliate and reveal fresh, smooth skin below.
Treatment Process
The chemical peeling agent penetrates the epidermis to a targeted depth. It causes a controlled exfoliation of damaged skin layers, which stimulates the fibroblasts in the dermis to synthesize new collagen and rebuild skin structure.
Recovery & Downtime
The recovery profile is classified as: None to 5 days of flaking (varies). Normal skin maintenance operations can be resumed immediately. There is no restriction on physical activities.
