This website is provided for informational and booking purposes. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, executing any automated search or scraping operations, or submitting false or misleading information through our contact or booking forms.
3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide a seamless scheduling experience for our clients using Microsoft Outlook calendar integration and automated notifications:
A. Booking & Confirmation
Appointments can be booked online, via WhatsApp, or by phone. Bookings are confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation message (delivered via email or WhatsApp).
B. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to availability or booking terms.
C. Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or failure to show up for scheduled appointments ("No-Shows") without notice may result in the requirement of pre-payment/deposit for future bookings, or forfeiture of any booked package sessions.

C. Shipping & Deliveries
We deliver to locations across India. Estimated delivery times are indicative, and we are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen logistics circumstances.
6. Refund Policy
- Product Returns: Due to the medical and hygienic nature of clinical skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
- Clinical Services: Refund requests for treatment packages or medical consultations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Booking fees, doctor consultation charges, and completed treatment sessions are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, designs, logos, graphics, icons, medical diagrams, layout files, and photographs, is the exclusive intellectual property of EastArise Aesthetics and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
